Contact Delivery Adresses

Purpose: Retrieve or update delivery addresses associated with contact entities.

This workflow is generally used alongside workflows updating customer and sales order entities, where the delivery address information need to be updated to Go or retreived from Go by an integrated application. It might also be relevant alongside workflows updating employees and/or suppliers.

A delivery address is a sub entity of a specific contact, and do not exist globally in Go. Using this endpoint also require access privelige to the applicable contacts. Delivery addresses can only be retreived for the contacts the integration have read or full acccess to. Delivery addresses can only be created, updated or deleted for contacts the integration have full access to.

Regardless of the direction of the data flow, we highly recommend that the integrating party store the Id's of the PowerOffice objects. In general, the id's of all the various PowerOffice entities are the preferred mapping key, as they are uniquely assigned by the system and cannot be changed.

Synchronize to Go:

  1. Check whether the delivery address already exists in Go for the given contact

  2. Create or update information

Synchronize from Go

  1. Check if there are any new or newly updated delivery addresses in Go

  2. Retrieve the desired fields and information

Prerequisites

  • Access to the ContactDeliveryAddress access privelige

  • Access to relevant contacts (employees, customers or suppliers)

  • The client need at least one active subscription of a PowerOffice Go module
